A roster is not a talent stack; it is a configuration. Championship teams are rarely the ones with the most ability — they are the ones whose abilities fit, and that is decided before a single game by how the pieces were assembled. Coaching staffs select for individual maximization and hope cohesion follows; it usually does not, because cohesion is a property of the configuration, not the sum of the résumés. Scouting has always guessed at this through intuition and stats-adjacent proxies. This measures the behavioral configuration directly — and unlike every other read in the suite, the verdict arrives on a scoreboard, not in a five-year retrospective.
